Land surveying
Meridian Surveys has its head office on Wellman Lane in Saskatoon and lists Regina among its offices. Its construction survey service covers residential projects, including plot plans, building stakeouts, footprint and elevation checks, real property reports and lot grading certificates.
Whether a small home can be placed or lived in at a particular property is decided locally. Check with your municipality before you sign a contract.
