Methodology
How we calculate the THL Score
Every listing is scored out of 100: up to 60 points for reputation and profile, and up to 40 points for verifications. Each check is a simple yes or no — there are no hidden weights or editorial adjustments.
The score is a measure of confidence, not a review of a business's workmanship. A new or unclaimed listing can score low simply because we haven't been able to confirm much yet.

What the score doesn't do
- It can't be bought. Sponsored placements and any future paid features never change a score.
- It isn't a guarantee, an endorsement or regulatory approval. Always check references, contracts and local rules.
- It doesn't change how search results are ordered.
- It updates automatically when a listing changes — for example when a business claims it or a review is published.
