Modular & prefab small homes
Northrup Homes sells mini homes in 1 to 4 bedroom plans and modular homes, along with move-in ready and pre-owned homes. It offers complete land and home packages on leased lots, its own building lots around Fredericton, or the buyer's land. The company says it has been family owned for more than 30 years and has been named Maple Leaf Homes' top retailer in Atlantic Canada and New England.
