Modular & prefab small homes
Normerica, formerly Upper Canada Post & Beam, designs and manufactures timber frame homes and cottages and supplies them as a materials shell package with panelized exterior walls and optional panelized floors and roofs. Its semi-custom plans include smaller designs such as the 682 sq ft Buckhorn and the 1,064 sq ft Laurentian.
